Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Quick Automation website (quickautomation.io) and any services provided by Quick Automation ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use our website or engage our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Services Description
Quick Automation provides custom engineering services including but not limited to automation systems, artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions, data engineering, custom software development, lead generation infrastructure, and dedicated engineering teams. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms of each engagement are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work between Quick Automation and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product, code, designs, and deliverables created by Quick Automation in the course of a client engagement shall transfer to the client upon receipt of full payment. Quick Automation retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, experience, and techniques (including ideas, concepts, know-how, and methodologies) acquired during the engagement. Pre-existing intellectual property and proprietary tools of Quick Automation remain our property unless explicitly transferred.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information received from the other party during the course of an engagement. Confidential information includes business strategies, technical specifications, customer data, proprietary processes, and any information designated as confidential. Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law or to fulfill obligations under the service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quick Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services or website, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including fees, schedules, and methods, are defined in individual service agreements or statements of work. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the applicable service agreement. Quick Automation reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with 30 days written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed through the effective date of termination. Quick Automation will deliver all completed work product and provide reasonable transition support. Provisions regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.
8. Indemnification
Each party agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the other party from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to a breach of these Terms, negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable laws by the indemnifying party.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration or litigation in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
